**Manpower Coordinator (Sales)**

**Location**: Doha, Qatar
**Salary**: QAR 4,000 - 5,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized **Manpower Coordinator (Sales)** to join our growing team and support manpower supply operations across Qatar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new manpower supply opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships to meet project-specific workforce needs
- Negotiate and secure manpower contracts aligned with company objectives
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic input for manpower planning and budgeting
- Oversee end-to-end workforce logistics, including:
Gate pass coordination
Mobilization and demobilization planning
Managing worker-related issues and requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Qatar’s manpower supply sector (sales background)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, visa processes, and mobilization procedures
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable sponsorship
