Phycologist Based in QAtar

Looking for Phycologist based out of Qatar for immediate joining.

For one of the Top Aviation Companies in the World.

Position is based out of Qatar. This is a full time job 1 year contract.

**Strategic**
- Support the Client Group Business Psychology Strategy and Framework and act as a Champion, including influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, to adopt new processes, tools and behaviours.
- Contribute to the HR strategy and by providing timely and accurate talent data, insights and initiatives which will inform long-term, organisational-wide, manpower planning, talent management, proactive wellbeing, and recruitment
- and -development strategies.
- Act as a link and partner between the respective HR departments and business units by providing unique talent insights, data and recommendations for business and safety critical roles as well as for pilots.

**Operational**
- Talent Acquisition (Assessment and Feedback)_
- Utilise job analysis and competency modelling techniques to ensure that the correct behavioural and technical competencies are identified for hiring and developing talent for business and safety critical roles as well as for pilots.
- Influence the recruitment decision making strategy for business and safety critical roles as well as for pilots so these positions have the correct selection criteria - people, process and tools.
- Facilitate implementation and update, training and ethical utilisation of psychometric and other assessment tools, which enable Client Group to attract, hire, develop and manage top talent in business and safety critical roles as well as for pilots.
- In alignment with the HR Assessment Policy, to support recruiters and other members of the HR Talent Acquisition department on queries related to assessment best practices, assessment results and decisions, training and the utilisation of assessment data for strategic manpower planning and recruitment purposes.
- Ensure all stakeholders understand the Client Group selection suite, those participating are trained and accredited and monitor their performance, delivering interventions where required.
- To provide input guidance on assessment and other selection criteria, batteries, matrices, scores and results that are utilised in the selection and development processes.
- To conduct interviews and assessment centres for pilot recruitment as per regulatory requirements.
- Champion the evidence based selection process, clearly define stakeholders’ roles and set performance expectations.
- Provide one-to-one, group and managerial feedback on assessment results to ensure the proper utilisation of people data.
- Support the implementation and delivery of assessment centres throughout the business.

Perform other duties as directed by Management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**With a Degree**:
Non-Operation Positions : Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology or Similar with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience

Essential
- Registration with relevant psychological association and in good standing.
- Experience in the implementation of talent management plans, processes and systems within a complex, customer focused organisation with a wide ranging job architecture.
- Experience of design and implementation of a full selection and development suite of assessments within a complex, customer focused organisation with a wide ranging job architecture.
- Experience of addressing diversity issues within a complex and ever changing environment.

**Job Specific Skills**:
Essential
- Deep knowledge of talent management methodologies and tools.
- Deep knowledge of personnel psychology methodologies and tools.
- Deep knowledge of selection methodologies and tools.
- Project / Programme management qualified and/or practiced.
- Strong analytic skills, fluent in the development and use of metrics.
- Able to demonstrate positive stakeholder engagement across different functions.
- High levels of cultural awareness and agility to move seamlessly between various environments
- Command of English language.
- Qualified in the design and measurement of a range of assessment approaches (e.g. Level A&B, BPS)
- Leadership Assessment Design and/or Programme Design experience.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: QAR18,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
