Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- HVAC System Design:
Develop detailed mechanical designs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork, and piping layouts.

Project Documentation:
Prepare mechanical drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD and BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

Engineering Analysis:
Conduct energy modeling, load calculations, and system performance analysis to optimize HVAC designs.

Code Compliance:
Ensure designs meet local, national, and international mechanical.

Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.

Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3-12 years of experience in HVAC design, preferably in an engineering consulting firm.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), HAP, Trace 700, EnergyPlus, or other HVAC design software.
- Certifications (preferred): UPDA.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
