Monthly Salary**:From QAR 2,800++ OR QAR 4,000** (Full package / All in)

**Overview**: As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be a key figure in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant's front-of-house operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the restaurant staff, promoting teamwork, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with the management team to maintain operational excellence, uphold quality standards, and create a positive dining experience for our valued guests.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership and Training:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and support personnel.
- Assist in training new employees, ensuring they are well-versed in restaurant policies, service standards, and procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Set an example of exceptional customer service, ensuring guests are greeted warmly and served promptly.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and strive to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere to enhance the overall dining experience.

Operational Support:

- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant during all shifts.
- Assist in managing the floor, coordinating with the kitchen team for timely food preparation and service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to uphold consistent standards.

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Oversee cleanliness and sanitation practices to maintain a hygienic dining area.

Supporting Financial Goals:

- Contribute to achieving financial targets by maximizing sales opportunities and controlling costs.
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies to prevent waste and maintain stock levels.

Handling Shift Management:

- Take charge of the restaurant during scheduled shifts, coordinating staff assignments and managing service flow.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demands while managing labor costs.

Assisting with Training and Development:

- Support the management team in implementing training programs to enhance team members' skills and product knowledge.
- Provide input and suggestions for improvements to enhance overall staff performance.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and guide the front-of-house team.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including service standards and procedures.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work during peak business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
