Purpose: To implement strategies to increase brand awareness & onboard sales within the organization.

**Duties**:

- Develop market analysis strategy in coordination with the Laundry Director
- Develop Commercial Laundry Market using our products and services.
- Gain new business opportunities in an ever changing environment and aggressively grow the accounts for the commercial laundry Business Unit.
- Support on extensive hands on product and solution training.
- Responsible for brand promotion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- Support in conducting sales training for products and marketing strategies. Support in planning and implementing result-oriented programs to assess the level of knowledge achieved by trainees during the process.
- Manage advertising and promotional programs to meet financial and market presence objectives of Company.
- Explore and reports on new business opportunities.
- Responsible for mobilization of new contract and visiting the locations periodically for customer feedback
- Represent company at trade shows and organizations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of Qatar experience in marketing role, with at least 5 years’ experience of commercial / industrial laundry. With valid Qatari driving License.
- Familiar with Hotel Industry in Qatar and Facilities Management Companies.
- Good experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Knowledge of vended and on premise laundry industry is highly desirable.
- Mechanical aptitude with regard to machinery and equipment is also desirable.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, planning and time-management, excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills & self motivated with the ability to train others.
- Excellent business writing skills, strong analytical skills, positive and a professional approach with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent leadership and entrepreneurial qualities

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Qatari Driving License (preferred)
