**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret work instructions, technical specifications, and paint system requirements.
- Check surface conditions before painting (confirming blasting or cleaning is complete) and ensure proper adhesion.
- Mix, thin, and prepare paint materials as per manufacturer instructions.
- Set up, operate, and maintain spray guns, pumps, hoses, compressors, and other equipment.
- Ensure correct dry film thickness (DFT), overlap, coverage, and finish quality on all coated surfaces.
- Follow all site safety protocols, including wearing PPE (respirators, coveralls, goggles) and ensuring proper ventilation and containment.
- Perform touch-ups, repairs, and recoating as needed based on inspection feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas, reporting any equipment issues or material shortages.
- Work as part of a team under the supervision of the foreman or supervisor to meet daily production targets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or vocational training (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience as an industrial spray painter, preferably on large industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Experience using airless spray guns, conventional spray equipment, and related tools.
- Understanding of DFT measurement, mixing ratios, pot life, and curing requirements.
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental procedures, including handling of hazardous materials.
- Ability to wear and work in full protective gear (respirators, suits) for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Physically fit to handle demanding site conditions and manual work.
