Gym Instructor is responsible for guiding clients in their fitness journey, ensuring Safety and effectiveness in exercise routines. They provide personalized fitness assessments, create tailored workout plans, and demonstrate proper exercise techniques. Their duties include monitoring client progress, offering motivation and support, maintaining gym equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe workout environment. Additionally, they may lead group fitness classes and provide nutritional advice. Strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and relevant certifications are essential for this role.

**Key Responsilibilties**:
1. Responsible for the implementation and design of individual training programs for members

2. Responsible for the continued assessment and development of individual training programs

3. Responsible for ensuring each member completes a medical screening questionnaire prior to exercise.

4. Responsible for the administering of any necessary First Aid.

5. Responsible for the completion of the daily Gym Standards Check list.

6. Responsible for ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to maintain a safe area for our gym users to work out.

7. Report the day-to-day activity in the Gym Area, Complaints, Change of programs, new gym users and their conditions etc.

8. To implement the Rules and Regulations of the Gym to all users.

9. Colaborate with other Gym Instructors to create comprehensive fitness programs.

10. Provide feedback and recommendations to Members for continued improvement.

11. To create a positive and fun atmosphere for all Gym users.

**Qualifications Required**:
1. Certification in Personal training from a recognized organization.

2. Proven experience in Fitness Training.

3. Experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in GCC.

4. First Aid and CPR certifications required.

**Skills required**:
1. Team Player.

2. Analytical thinker.

3. Excellent knowledge of various exercises, workout routines, and fitness equipment.

4. A confident personality that will allow the incumbent to deal with third parties. e.g. Members, Guests & Prospective Clients.

5. Self-corresponding.

6. Customer service orientation.

7. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to motivate and inspire clients.

9. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays if its required.

**Note**:FAT will be provided along with salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR3,300.00 per month
