**Job description**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter with expertise in the oil and gas and construction sectors.

The Recruiter will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts in the oil and gas and construction sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, organizational culture, and industry requirements.

Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and changes in the oil and gas and construction sectors.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technical skills, certifications, and qualifications required for various roles within the industries.
- **Job Advertising**:Create compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.

Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, performance, and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and placement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, **preferably with a focus on the oil and gas and construction sectors.**:

- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific requirements, regulations, and certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
