**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role (on-site in Doha, Qatar work with the flexibility for some remote work) for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing the construction of swimming pools, including supervising the construction crew, tracking progress, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely. The Site Engineer will also communicate progress updates and potential changes to the project manager and collaborate with other contractors as needed for related projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on swimming pools and other aquatic facilities
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- English language proficiency is a plus

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
