We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social media, etc.).
- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support in the development of creative content and tactical execution.
- Communicate marketing strategies, results, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience in strategic marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), Google Analytics, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
