**Job Summary**: The Sales Agent is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills to present products and services to potential customers effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present the company's products and services to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to finalize sales deals.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- **Market Research**: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to ensure relevant sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales activities, results, and forecasts to management.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- High school diploma; degree in business or related field is a plus.
- **In-depth knowledge of the Qatari market**, Car Industry and the hospitality industry, including established relationships and connections with key players in hotels and cars, restaurants, and other hospitality establishments, is highly preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- **Qatari valid driver’s license and access to a car**.
- Travel may be required depending on the territory.
- Base salary + commission structure.
- **Locally available with a valid QID.**:
