**HSE Officer**

Location: Qatar

Contract: Full-Time

Experience: 3-5 years in HSE, preferably in events industry

Are you passionate about safety, teamwork, and creating secure environments for unforgettable events? We’re looking for an experienced **HSE Officer** to ensure our event operations meet the highest safety standards, from planning to execution.

**Your Role**:

- Develop and enforce HSE policies and standards.
- Lead site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and HSE regulations.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and staff training.
- Maintain HSE reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors to promote a safety-first culture.
- Support emergency preparedness and response plans.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in events or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of local safety laws and emergency protocols.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

**Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)**:

- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) - Mandatory
- IOSH Managing Safely or OSHA Certification - Mandatory
- First Aid & Fire Safety Training - Mandatory
- ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor - Desirable
