**Job Summary**:
GOSSY, a luxury men’s fashion brand rooted in Qatari elegance, is seeking a highly skilled Cutting Master with proven expertise in cutting thobe patterns with precision and artistry. This role is critical in transforming premium fabrics into flawlessly tailored pieces that reflect GOSSY’s signature craftsmanship and luxury identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret thobe designs and specifications to cut fabrics with exceptional accuracy.
- Draft and lay out thobe patterns (manual or using templates) for various sizes and fits, including custom, slim fit, and classic Qatari styles.
- Ensure perfect alignment of fabric grain, motifs, and texture for a flawless drape and structure.
- Manage fabric usage to minimize waste while preserving garment quality.
- Supervise and train junior cutters or assistants, maintaining GOSSY’s standards.
- Coordinate with the sewing team to ensure cut pieces match production requirements.
- Perform quality checks on every cut to maintain luxury finishing standards.
- Adapt cutting techniques for different fabric types (cotton, modal, silk blends, etc.) used in GOSSY collections.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in cutting traditional thobe garments or Middle Eastern menswear.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic thobe measurements and pattern techniques.
- Excellent understanding of fabric behavior, especially lightweight, luxury, and delicate materials.
- Attention to detail, precision, and a passion for craftsmanship.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines without compromising quality.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience in high-end or luxury tailoring environments.
- Familiarity with bespoke and made-to-measure workflows.
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor cutting staff.
- Knowledge of fabric treatments and pattern adjustments for Gulf climates.
