As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring a reliable and efficient IT environment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless access to resources.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Diagnose and escalate more complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage the procurement of hardware and software.
- Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security patches.
- Assist in the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
