Support project teams during bid clarification and negotiation stages. Ensure compliance with client and industry standards. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least 12 years of experience in mechanical estimation (oil & gas preferred). Strong technical and commercial understanding of mechanical systems. Proficient in estimation tools and MS Office.
