Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategy Consultant with over 10 years of experience. The position is based in Qatar. The Strategy Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, analyzing complex business challenges, presenting actionable recommendations to clients, and providing expert guidance on management consulting projects. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored business solutions and fostering strong client relationships to ensure sustained success.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Experience is a must.
  • Proven expertise in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and market analysis to support evidence-based decision-making
  • Extensive experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with the ability to identify challenges and craft innovative solutions
  • Strong Communication skills to efficiently convey strategies, ideas, and outcomes to clients and team members
  • Solid understanding of Finance concepts and their application to strategic business initiatives
  • Leadership and mentorship experience, paired with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the business landscape in the United Arab Emirates and surrounding regions is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive project success in demanding professional environments
  • Ability to Manage senior stakeholders with excellent communication skills (English and Arabic)
  • Should have worked with top tier management consulting firms, preferably BCG, Bains, Kearney, ADL, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte or EY
  • Should be ready to be deployed in Qatar.
  • Contract-to-hire (12 month contract followed by the opportunity to get permanent role at top tier consulting firm.
