Content Creation Officer

An exciting opportunity to join the Qatar Aircraft Catering Company. In this role you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos of Division's products, events and store environment, including both interior and exterior videography ensuring highest quality content following corporate brand guidelines. Additionally, responsible for the creation of engaging content tailored for various platforms, including social media, the Division's website, and promotional materials. 

Key accountabilities for the role include:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of products, events (internal and external) and QACC café outlets to promote QACC brand image and its products & services. 
• Edit and retouch photos and videos by adhering to internal brand guidelines to ensure a polished final product. 
• Maintain and organize digital media assets to keep equipment up to date, organized and maintained. 
• Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms, company website, and other promotional channels to drives towards continuous improvements and creative solutions. 
• Create visually appealing footage of food preparation, plating, finished dishes, and animations, and videos to enhance the online and offline presence. Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and implement content strategies and campaigns. Highlight new and existing products through creative videography to enhance product video presentation. 
• Document internal and external events, promotions and special occasions through photos and videos to maintain high standards of visualization and attractivity. 
• Create engaging recap videos and photos to capture memories and create an exceptional customer experience. 
• Make recommendations to the department for software and equipment purchases. 
• Manage the processing and use of images, discussing technical problems, checking for quality to deliver expected work in timely and efficient manner. Liaise with department leads, including graphic designers, editors and colleagues to achieve the highest standards for the creation of artefacts.

You should have at least a High School/Vocational/Diploma Qualification with 4 years of job related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of job-related experience.

Job Specific Skills: 

• Experience of operating various types of cameras and adjust setting like ISO, shutter speed, aperture and frame rate

• Knowledge and experience of Natural and artificial lighting, moods and conditions

• Demonstrated experience in capturing high-quality sound, including using microphone, audio mixers, and postproduction

• Experience of enhancing the visual tone and mood through color correction and grading

• Basic skills in creating or integrating visual effects and animations if needed

• Pre-productions skills: storyboarding, shot listing, location scouting and scheduling

• Ensuring Quality and accuracy in every video and photography session

• Delivering projects as per mentioned timelines

• Willingness to experiment, especially with a knack for innovative thinking

• Ability to contribute individually, and lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams

• Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines

• Outstanding attention to details
