Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Doha, Qatar. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operations within their assigned department to ensure productivity, efficiency, and alignment with the company's objectives. Responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies, managing budgets, supervising team performance, and engaging with key stakeholders to maintain operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and familiarity with business processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role, ideally within relevant industries such as automotive, contracting, or real estate
  • Experience in a diverse, dynamic, and global business setting
