About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-end standalone restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of F&B operations, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure a premium dining experience for all guests.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan menus, special events, and promotions.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and ensure profit targets are achieved.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure consistent service quality and team morale.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar's health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
  • Implement marketing and sales initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a standalone or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven record in achieving sales, service, and profitability goals.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
