Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the
  first point of contact
  for clients, guests, and partners via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handle
  tour confirmations, booking updates, and customer inquiries
  in a friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the
  operations and sales teams
  to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain an updated log of all calls, messages, and issues using internal systems.
• Manage
  emergency or on-tour calls
  with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
• Provide accurate information about company tours, services, and policies.
• Support guest feedback collection and escalation of complaints when required.

Requirements

• Must be
  currently based in Doha, Qatar
  .
• Fluent in English
  (spoken and written). Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• A positive, energetic personality with a passion for travel and hospitality.
• Immediate availability
  to join.
• Must be eligible for
  sponsorship transfer
  .
