Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Qatar office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, local labor laws, and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company regulations.
  • Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
  • Manage employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee welfare programs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address staffing needs and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive HR role in Qatar.
  • In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid work visa or transferable sponsorship.
