Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • English Language Proficiency
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Arabic cuisine, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or commissary role.
  • Effective Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment.
  • Knowledge of QHSE, HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily food production in the commissary kitchen.
  • Develop, standardize and maintain authentic Arabic/ Arabic Street food / international recipes.
  • Train, guide, and monitor staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Manage inventory, ordering and storage of ingredients.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with QHSE, HACCP and food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and minimize food waste and control production costs.
  • Assist in planning and development of innovative menu products with emphasis on Arabic and international cuisine.
