Hiring: HR Assistant (Assistant for Development of HR Recruitment AI Platform)

Location: Qatar

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the development and implementation of our HR Recruitment AI Platform. The ideal candidate will assist with data preparation, documentation, coordination with technical teams, and contribute to Recruitment platform digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, organizing, and entering HR-recruitment data for AI platform development

Coordinate with HR and IT teams to support project requirements

Prepare reports, track progress, and maintain project documentation

Support recruitment, onboarding, and related HR operations

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of employee and project data

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support

Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills

Good understanding of HR and recruitment processes

Tech-savvy, with strong interest in HR digitalization and AI tools
