About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience—preferably in a hotel—and be committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
  • Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all rooms are presentable and guest-ready.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Follow daily cleaning schedules and assigned tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Support deep cleaning tasks and special housekeeping projects as required.
  • Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies properly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills; basic English preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks and long shifts.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
