Role Description

We are seeking an experienced
Social Media Account Manager
to join our team

Doha, Qatar
(on-site, full-time).

The ideal candidate will manage multiple clients' social media accounts, develop creative strategies, produce engaging content, and grow online communities. This role requires close collaboration with creative teams, clients, and influencers to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable results across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies for multiple clients
  • Create and oversee engaging content tailored for each platform
  • Build, manage, and engage online communities to enhance brand presence
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement
  • Coordinate with creative and production teams to deliver high-quality content
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and social media analytics
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
    (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in
    Social Media Management
    and
    Content Creation
  • Strong expertise in Community Building
    and
    Influencer Collaboration
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategies and Analytics
  • Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency
    is
    required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional creative teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience handling multiple social media accounts and platforms
