The Kitchen Helper assists in the daily operations of the kitchen by performing basic food preparation tasks, cleaning, organizing, and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times. This role supports chefs and cooks to ensure smooth and efficient meal service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, etc.).
• Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Receive and store deliveries of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in setting up the kitchen before meal service and cleaning up afterward.
• Follow all safety and hygiene policies to prevent contamination or accidents.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
