We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Salesperson to join Austin Consulting's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to build client relationships to drive business growth. This role is open to motivated individuals, including those new to the field, eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting solutions.

  • Present and promote Austin Consulting's services to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to support sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to develop effective sales campaigns and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • No prior sales experience required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills

  • Arabic and Hindi language skills are an advantage.

Compensation:

  • During the 1-month probation period, compensation will be commission-based, rewarding performance and successful deal closures.

  • Post-probation, a competitive salary structure with commission incentives will be offered.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: QAR1, QAR4,000.00 per month
