Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant
to join our growing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing a wide range of Atlassian tools, including
Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian ecosystem applications
.

You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, design scalable solutions, deliver technical configurations, and provide training and ongoing support. The role requires both strategic consulting and hands-on technical expertise, ensuring that each Atlassian environment is aligned with client goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure Atlassian solutions (Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Develop custom workflows, automation, and integrations to meet specific client needs.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity through Atlassian tools.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support the Director of Services & Delivery in expanding PMOBytes' global Atlassian consulting and support function.
• Stay up-to-date with Atlassian product updates, marketplace apps, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of proven experience with
  Atlassian products
  (Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Atlassian architecture, integrations, and customization.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience in client training and solution documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in an agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications:
  Minimum
  two Atlassian/Jira certifications
  required.
• Preferred:
  Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or Agile certification.
