Duty hrs:- 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, 5 days

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of managing daily operational tasks related to property measurements and real estate activities.
  • Solid understanding of property regulations and applicable real estate standards.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Professional appearance with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle tenant interactions effectively.
  • Ability to draft formal letters in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience working in large-scale real estate companies or similar environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems or similar real estate management software.
  • Ability to address and resolve tenant complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Skilled in preparing annual budgets and financial summaries.
  • Experience in interviewing tenants and following up on their requests and concerns.
  • Knowledgeable in conducting unit inspections and reporting findings.
  • Experience in property maintenance oversight and complaint investigation.
  • Ability to ensure property security by coordinating and monitoring security activities.
  • Strong supervisory skills with proven experience leading teams of at least 20 members.
  • Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day property operations.
  • Experience in preparing tender documents and working with tendering processes.
  • Familiarity with Qatari Real Estate Laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of dealing with insurance companies regarding claims and property-related matters.
  • Experience handling transactions and procedures with Kahramaa.
  • Prior experience working with real estate contracts, including knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.
  • Solid understanding of contract terms and compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR23,000.00 per month
