Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and assist in preparing delicious dishes. The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section in the kitchen and ensuring high-quality and timely food production.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to the menu and recipes provided
  • Coordinate with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Monitor food stock levels and place orders when needed
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff members
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or relevant role in a professional kitchen
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
