We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing marketing team at Al Sraiya Hospitality. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the
hospitality and F&B industry
, with a good understanding of hotel marketing, restaurant promotions, and brand positioning.

You will work closely with our Cluster Marketing Manager to support the marketing efforts across our
hotels and restaurant brands
, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Coordinate content creation for social media, digital ads, and email newsletters.
  • Support in managing brand visibility across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and external agencies.
  • Monitor competitors and suggest marketing improvements.
  • Coordinate internal promotions and seasonal activations.
  • Update and manage marketing calendars and reports.
  • Assist in organizing events, influencer visits, and PR coverage.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in hospitality or F&B marketing.
  • Solid understanding of hotel and restaurant marketing operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Fluent in
    Arabic
    and English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
