We are seeking a highly experienced Safety Manager to lead and oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities across our construction and infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment, compliance with local regulations, and implementation of international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Conduct safety training and awareness programs for all staff and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding safety matters.
  • Monitor and report safety performance, including KPIs and safety statistics, to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in safety management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, QCS, OSHA, ISO 45001, and other international safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
