OilExec is looking for Oil & Gas Recruiter for our reputed Client

Initially the job is for 3 months there is possibility of extension on performance and requirement Basis

Salary Budget: 5000 to 6000 QAR (Full Package )

  • Minimum 5-7+ years of Experience in Oil & Gas & Construction field.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and evaluation skills.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and Portals

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month
