Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Testing & Commissioning Engineer, based on-site in Doha, Qatar. The role involves performing electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low voltage power distribution systems and automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with technical specifications, conducting quality checks, identifying and rectifying system issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electrical Testing and Electrical Engineering concepts
  • Strong experience in Commissioning and Troubleshooting of power systems
  • Understanding of Testing methods and techniques in low voltage systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Knowledge of international standards like IEC 61439 and local Qatar regulations
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in similar roles within the industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors is an advantage
