Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Doha, Qatar. The Call Center Representative will handle daily tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. The representative will also be responsible for efficiently using computer systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls and support requests.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a luxury service environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus
