We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cash Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from clients, depositing them in the bank, and coordinating closely with the accounts team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect cash payments from clients and verify accuracy against invoices or receipts.
  • Deposit collected amounts into the company's designated bank account on time.
  • Submit deposit slips and relevant documents to the accounts department.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of all cash collections and deposits.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile daily transactions.
  • Prepare daily and weekly collection reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cash collection, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of banking procedures and financial documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).
