Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support audits, and maintain smooth accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record daily accounting entries, journals, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss, and balance sheet reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/supplier account reconciliation
• Handle payroll processing, leave settlements, and WPS
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Maintain proper petty cash and cash flow records
• Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company accounting policies
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and digital records

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in VAT filing, WPS payroll, and Qatar labor financial procedures
• Experience in inventory accounting (if applicable)
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage

Pangunahing Tungkulin

• Gumawa at mag-record ng daily accounting entries, journal entries, resibo, at payment vouchers
• Pamahalaan ang Accounts Payable (AP) at Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Maghanda ng monthly financial statements tulad ng profit & loss at balance sheet
• Magsagawa ng bank reconciliation at supplier/vendor account reconciliation
• Pangasiwaan ang payroll processing, leave settlements, at WPS
• Tumulong sa budgeting, forecasting, at cost control
• I-manage ang petty cash at cash flow records
• Tiyakin ang pagsunod sa Qatar financial regulations at company policies
• Magbigay-suporta sa internal at external audits
• Panatilihin ang maayos at kumpletong documentation at filing ng accounting records
