Job Overview:

ROTA International is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our team at a leading theme park in Doha. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent guest service, promote retail products, and help create a fun and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Promote and sell retail products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed
  • Ensure all displays are attractive and aligned with company standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Support retail events, promotions, and seasonal activities within the park

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, confident, and passionate about customer service
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Currently based in Qatar or holding a valid QID with transferable visa
