Position: Estimation Engineer – Fit-Out Projects

Location: Qatar

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer specializing in fit-out projects with prior experience in the Gulf region. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions while ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates for fit-out projects in accordance with Gulf region standards.
  • Conduct quantity and material take-offs.
  • Analyze project drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams.
  • Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.
  • Maintain and update cost databases for materials and labor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of fit-out estimation experience in the Gulf region.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
  • Proficient in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects in the Gulf.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4, QAR5,000.00 per month
