About you
We are recruiting a Welfare Coordinator to join our dynamic team in QR Shafallah Department.
In this role, you will assist the Manager QR Shafallah to coordinate all matters relating to handling of Shafallah special needs individuals. You will ensure that all queries/ concerns are dealt with in a speedy and effective manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor the system changes and updates in staff records of special needs individuals as required
- Handle all work related materials as required by Shafallah special needs individuals
- Responsible for handover of special needs individuals to their respective parents/guardians after duty hours and maintain log for the same.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work environment for Shafallah special needs individuals
- Assist Shafallah Management team in handling day-to-day tasks related to Shafallah special needs individuals.
- Assist Shafallah Management team to improve the working conditions and help special needs individuals to adjust and adapt themselves to the working environments.
- Support in translation of official documents from English to Arabic and vice-versa.
- Liaise with the parents of Shafallah special needs individuals as required
- Maintain report of daily tasks accomplished by the team and handover to Manager QR Shafallah.

About you
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with employees, management, Human Resources personnel and medical professionals.
- Good interpersonal and people skills to effectively address and communicate with staff, team members, management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Time management skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members. Flexible and be able to adapt to multi-cultural work environment.
- Ability to prepare reports, memos and drafts for Senior Management perusal will be a plus.
