Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer, based in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual materials including graphics, branding assets, and promotional materials to support various exhibitions, programs, and campaigns. The role involves collaborating with different departments, managing design projects from concept to final production, and ensuring deliverables align with the organization's vision and branding guidelines. The position also includes leading junior designers, maintaining design quality, and staying updated on industry trends to implement innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphic Design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of Branding, Visual Communication, and Typography.
  • Experienced in Project Management, with excellent ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Team collaboration and leadership skills to mentor and guide junior designers.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align designs with organizational goals and campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality visual output.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; advanced certifications or training are a plus.
  • Experience in the cultural or nonprofit sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
