We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager with strong creative leadership skills to join our growing digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and passionate about delivering impactful campaigns that connect brands with their audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring campaigns meet business objectives.
  • Lead creative planning sessions, guiding the team from concept to execution.
  • Oversee digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring performance and quality.
  • Monitor results, provide insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, account management, and creative project execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) – fluency in both written and spoken communication is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and creative teams simultaneously.
  • Solid knowledge of social media, digital platforms, and content creation best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
