Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for an Automotive Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle service appointments, providing detailed explanations of required repairs, ensuring timely communication with customers, and maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing concerns. The role also involves working closely with the service team to identify necessary repairs and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the service team
  • Previous experience in the automotive service industry is highly beneficial
  • Basic understanding of automotive parts and systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in both English & Arabic is preferred
