Job Purpose:

The Senior Coordinator-Aggregators provides support to aggregators ensuring strategic partnerships and optimizing performance for business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for aggregators, ensuring effective communication.

· Provide vehicles for aggregator-generated customers, coordinate regular service, and offer on-call support outside business hours.

· Update service management system and communicate status to users through various channels.

· Coordinate with partner companies' key personnel for legal assistance and address customers' billing/payment issues with the accounts team.

· Assist in evaluating the company's quality, health & safety, environment, and road traffic safety management systems.

· Ensure aggregator payments as agreed terms.

· Perform any relevant additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate superior(s).

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

· A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

· Master's Degree is a plus.

Experience:

· 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Additional Requirements:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· The ability to negotiate and manage contracts.

· Proficiency in data analysis to monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

· Basic understanding of legal processes and contracts to provide assistance and ensure compliance.

· Familiarity with quality, health & safety, environment, and road traffic safety management systems to contribute to evaluations and improvements.

· The capability to handle multiple tasks.
