Job roles and responsibilities:

  • Maintain various equipment certifications, agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats.
  • Cross checking with third party supplier to receive economic pricing ensure the service for the equipment's are provided as per the schedule in cost effective manner.
  • Providing support to other departments and managers to ensure that quality and cost control is maintained.
  • Overlook to ensure the maintenance of company equipment is done as per schedule
  • Maintain cleanliness of office premise and equipment's.
  • Handling equipment management software to ensure compliance are met as per the standards.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.

Experience and skills:

Freshers are considered, but candidates with below experience and skills shall be prioritized.

  • Previous experience in working effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Handling management software.
  • Work experience in marine and subsea industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marine / subsea / mechanical / electrical or related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 0-2 years
