Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and implement effective marketing campaigns. Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive engagement and growth.
  • Lead and manage a marketing team of at least three members, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Set up and execute detailed marketing plans. Analyze performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and expenditure.
  • Utilize knowledge of printing processes for marketing materials and collateral.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-time marketing roles with a focus on digital advertising and team management.
  • Strong ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns, build relationships, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets effectively.
