Architectural Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer with 5+ years of proven experience in the construction industry, specializing in fit-out and exhibition projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at bridging design and execution to deliver innovative, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate architectural, supplier, and shop drawings.
  • Support material take-offs and verify quantities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants on design clarifications and technical submittals.
  • Prepare and review method statements, ITPs, and QA/QC documents.
  • Maintain drawing logs, submittal records, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with the site team to ensure accurate and updated drawings during execution.
  • Prepare technical reports and assist management with project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in fit-out, interior, construction or exhibition projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
