Senior Storekeeper

• Relevant experience of 7-10 years in the same role.
• Logical thinking capacity and the ability to do precise mathematical calculations are essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to identify issues quickly and come up with solutions accordingly.
• Ability to multi-task; and deadline driven.
• Must have a valid Driving License.
• Transferable visa (with NOC); and can join immediately.

Job Description:

· Issue delivery notes (DN) for the outgoing products for showroom client/project.

· Issue gate pass (GP) for the outgoing finished products for showroom client/project.

· Prepare MIN on Issued MDF/MFC panel & materials used for cutting and preparation on fabrication.

· Supervise on receiving & unloading of deliveries from local and foreign suppliers on 3 store location.

· Check physical quantities and qualities of delivered/supplied goods.

· Prepare good, received note (GNR) for the received materials.

· Encoding in excel sheet all the production request and details into Master list.

· Filing of production request and quotation drawings for future reference.

· Prepare MIS on MDF, Corian, Granite and material issued to production on daily basis.

· Monitor the fast-moving materials inside and outside the store for reordering level.

· Prepares purchase request based on the stock level for foreign and local supplied materials.

· Sending stock report on imported materials to the Sales Team, Designers & Draftsman.

· Sending a monthly report on slow moving & non-moving materials.

· Conduct a physical stock on major raw materials quarterly and year end.

· Sending reconciled report to Accounts Dept. based on the physical stock counts.

· Overlook the store assistants and assign daily tasks.
