About the Role:

Study Plus is seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher-Level Mathematics Teacher to teach students across international curricula, including IGCSE, AS/A-Level, IB MYP/DP, AP, and US Common Core. The ideal candidate can teach advanced high school Math (Calculus, Statistics, IB HL, Further Math) and also handle young learners, delivering strong foundational Math concepts to early-grade students.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Mathematics across multiple international programs
  • Effectively teach both younger students (early grades) and advanced high school learners
  • Prepare students for major exams (IGCSE, A-Level, IB, AP, SAT/ACT)
  • Provide personalized instruction for one-on-one and small group sessions
  • Track student progress and share updates with parents and coordinators
  • Create a positive, supportive, and inquiry-based learning environment
  • Build strong numeracy and problem-solving skills across all age groups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of teaching experience in international curricula
  • Strong knowledge of US, UK, IB, AP, and other global Math programs
  • Proven ability to teach both higher-level Math and young children's foundational Math
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A student-centered, engaging teaching approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience preparing students for SAT, ACT, AP Calculus/Statistics, etc.
  • Experience teaching IBDP Mathematics AA/AI HL/SL
  • Teaching certification or international training background
