Perform normal operation, start up, and shut-down of Pumps by SCADA , CD

& MCC as per instruction from shift charge engineer or supervisor.

Monitoring, Analyzing, and respond appropriately to alarms and data from

District's Supervisory Control and data Acquisition (SCADA) computer system.➢ Monitoring Analysing and regulate water level of Reservoirs, pressure and flow

Throughout the domestic water distribution system by operating valves and

pumps Through the scada system.

Closely monitor for abnormal sound, local temperature, pressure, levels,

vibration, voltage, current, rpm, flow etc. of the equipment and process and

raise defect notes for faulty equipment.

Assisting with startup, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.

Having knowledge of pumping station and reverse osmosis and pumping

Operating.

Performs work activities associated with a Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment

Plant. Ensures safe, efficient, and effective operation of plant facilities.

Conducts frequent and periodic inspections of plant processes to detect

malfunctions and initiate corrective actions

Maintains accurate and complete records on plant operation and laboratory data

Executes work and maintenance schedules, ensures that buildings, grounds and

equipment are maintained. Assists Utilities Maintenance staff as needed in the

performance of their duties at the Plant.

Performs routine laboratory tests and collects samples according to set testing

schedules.

Assists in the safe use of all chemicals and mechanical treatment related supplies.

Reads and records daily plant parameters and equipment readings. Makes

adjustments to the equipment based on guidelines set by the on duty Shift

Operator.

Performs interior and exterior building maintenance, housekeeping chores and

grounds maintenance tasks as needed.

Performs regularly scheduled preventive and emergency maintenance on plant

electrical and mechanical systems.

To maintain the log sheet and keep the record of consumed chemical and various

reading. Follow all safety precaution during the working hours.

Monitor all plant production and processing equipments.

Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations.

Inspect service and repair components of the water treatment plant including

water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment

controls, circulation pumps, heat exchangers and valves.

Calculated chemical dosages and adjust chemical feed rates.

Data entry using spreadsheets to complete daily water and chemical usage reports,

maintained update of monthly and annual operational reports.

Maintained log books, daily plant data and other operational records➢ Operated water treatment plant facilities including disinfection, coagulation,

flocculation, and sedimentation and filtration equipment including pumps,

valves, motors, chemical feed systems, and related equipment.
